Incorrect sales tax

Per https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/taxes-import-charges?id=4121#section2, eBay has incorrectly instructed sellers to set up "state" sales tax tables.  Sales taxes vary by jurisdiction, typically county, and are a combination state and local sales tax.  The seller I was about to buy from has the wrong sales tax for my jurisdiction.  I messaged him about it and tweeted to eBay (since eBay doesn't provide for email messages or chat, so 1970s).

Anybody else noticed any sales tax issues?  Any way to get this fixed?
