ISBN issue on book causing inaccurate listings

Two books share the same ISBN number:  Dr. Nina and the Panther by Shirley Wheeler and Afternoons in Mid-America by Erstine Caldwell. Of the five listings for Dr. Nina and the Panther that I see, three of them picture the Caldwell book. All three are listed by thrift.books. It is impossible to contact the seller and find out which is correct- the title of the listing or the pictured item. I have ordered Dr. Nina and the Panther in the past and have received Afternoons. I don't really want to play that game at this point. Is there a way that eBay can clear up this confusion? Is there a way to contact this seller and get the listings corrected? any light shed would be greatly appreciated.
