I want to sell only in US Dollars but can't get the PHP out

When I go to price my item for sale, it lists the price in PHP and I can't change it to US Dollars.

@loosechange4  I see US $ on your listing.    Are you located in the US?  Your profile page says you are.    Be aware that you need a US checking account that matches your US  registration address exactly.  You will also have to provide a SS#.  

Make sure you are logged in to eBay.com when listing.   

Also do not use sell similar from a sellers listing in another country as you can't change the currency.   You have to delete the draft if that is what happened and start over from scratch.
