I threw card out and didn't realize refund would go back to it. Money still on it.

My bro always gets me an ebay card for xmas. I didn't realize that when money is refunded after buying on card it is returned to card. I never throw these away but I threw this one away. There is still money on it and the last 4 #s are shown when I go to pay for something. I don't have the complete # anymore. How do I get that money?
