Hello,
I subscribed to a basic store last night and its not even up and running yet. Meanwhile, I changed my mind and cancelled it. Ebay said I would not be charged, but I just got a email telling me my store won't close until June 1, 2018. Today is April 20, 2018. What are they talking about? I just don't feel like calling them back right now and waiting to speak to another rep who may just tell me what I want to hear.
Any suggestions?
