I shipped the running shoes directly to buyer (didnt realise it had to go to an authenticator). The buyer has received and is happy with them but my payment is on hold. How do I get this off hold?
When I seen the address I asked the buyer if this was the correct address and they sent me their direct address which I used 🤦♂️. Never sold anything like this on ebay and never heard of the authenticator.
