I sent back my order 12-11355-00138, but it is still mared as "not shipped"...maybe I used wrong dhl

Order 12-11355-00138

Was damaged, so I sent it back with DHL. I used the label, printed out from ebay.

Item is still marked as "not shipped back"...??

Maybe I used wrong company of dhl, but they told me, that the system can handle this shipment..
