The problem is it wasn't my fault. Really. Customer was mad I didn't reply but she doesn't know how to see her messages through ebay. I replied 5 times. I got her contact phone number to text her. She can text just fine. Anyway, she agreed to remove feedback and apologized to me. I sent a feedback revision.......and guess what? She can't understand it! She can't find a link or anything. She keeps apologizing.
Is there anything can I do?
