I ordered 2 Showbox Photo Viewer Frame Storage in January, but only 1 came.

I tried without success to get in touch with EBay.  I didn't get anywhere and I am frustrated because these Showbox were presents.  I can give all the infos about my order and surely appreciate an answer to this problem.  Thank you. Claire

Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, missing item/parts. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.

Why don't you read my message?  I want my missing item NOW, I paid for it and never received it.  Why would I return an item that I didn't received?  Madonna if your are a HUMAN BEING answer to the right problem: mainly to get the merchandise I paid for and never received.  What don't you understand?

The proper procedure is to do as posted in post two for a missing item.  Seller then will either send you the missing item, refund, or send you a return label for the one you did get for a refund.  This is how ebay works.

EBAY working??

I click to Ask a mentor.  I sent him/her a long e-mail with all the details of my order and packaging and as EBAY does not help I don't have the sent email saved??  If this is the way EBAY works I have to conclude that I will never receive my paid Showbox, nor a refund since the mentioned seller is not correct?  If EBAY was a conscientious company they would do anything to help the trusting customer, but as it is they do not care.  Every problem falls on the customer even if they are new and need help.  

I will sent a complaint to BBB, and hope that I will get my problem with you resolved.

Ask Mentor is an ebay discussion board.  If you received your item less than 30 days ago you need to follow the instructions to open a Return Request for an Item Not as Described, missing item, to receive the missing item or get a refund.  The option is in the drop down menu next to the item, or go here:
