I need to edit the weight for a package and get another label

So I realized after I printed the label that the weight was wrong for my package, it says one pound but it's only 3oz. USPS only picks up packages from your mailbox that are under 12oz, and I have to ship it that way because my car broke down yesterday. So how do I go about fixing my huge screw up

You can void the incorrect label, in most cases, and purchase a new one.

eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it is any other label  go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.

You can purchase another label by going back to the order and in the drop down menu is the option to get another label. Be sure to change the package details.
