I may lose Top Rated Seller status when I moved and put my store on Vacation

I have a late shipment when I moved and put my store on Vacation... I moved my business and I was on Vacation from the 3rd to the 11th and I broke down my whole business and put it back up in less than six days. During this time even though I was on Vacation there were orders placed and I  sill had them all shipped by that  Monday. When I first saw the defects I called eBay and they said they would be removed no problem. It is 2 months later and they are all still there and my dashboard says... You could lose your Top Rated Seller status if you don't meet this requirement because they were NOT uploaded on time and validated. I have been selling for 13 yrs. with no late shipping and I moved and now I may lose my Top rated that I have worked my butt off for.....
Any ideas?
