I’m not waiting a month for an unpaid item. I never agreed to that.

A buyer has not paid. Per eBay policy I can open an unpaid item dispute after two days. When  I try to do this eBay is telling me they will open the dispute on April 23. 

I have never agreed to these terms. I can sell my item to someone else now. 

I understand that staffing may be an issue during these trying times but eBay cannot unilaterally make policy changes without informing us. 

What’s with this.

I feel that I should just tell the buyer if I don’t hear for them asap I am going to cancel the sale and sell the item elsewhere.
