How do I get to talk to a human to untangle this, I apparently owe 2.50 in the USA but I cant update anything there or even talk to a human via the bot becasue it tries to dial a US number.
Somehow I need to pay in the US but really I need that account deleting, which I assume cant be done becasue I cant pay 2.50
