I just got a random return (not the same item) on a case I refunded and is closed.

I sold a  controller that they said wasn't working so I apologized and instead of paying for a return I told the guy to throw it away or use it for parts & I issued a refund.  He thanked me & ebay closed the case.  FF a month & I get a random box with a couple controllers no note but has his name, order # & return ID from the original closed listing on the label.

I haven't contacted him.  Am I about to be scammed?
