I haven't received  item but ebay decided in favor of the sale. Seller scam , him sent to wrong address and it will return address of the seller. Tracking : 9505513182276051349530

I have open a case but ebay has been decided in the seller's favor. Item price $1211  ,Big loss for me. When I called for ebay, they said they did not appeal case. They wanted me to contact the carrier to take delivery. While it has been returned to the seller. And more they advised me to contact paypal to receive more intensive assistance. I do not understand why ebay do so.  Anyone can help? Thank all.
