The new revision in your markdown manager policy does not fix the problem of waiting 14 days to have "old stock" go on sale. 

Example: 

When I list an item I normally do an auction and if it does not sale I then do a BIN GTC. Once a month I put all inventory on sale. With the  new policy I have to wait for 14 days before my items go on sale. and my sale have bottomed out. 

The problem is that when you list an item GTC you relist it automatically and GIVE IT A NEW NUMBER.  That makes it a new item that can't go on sale for 14 days.  ( even though you count it as an old item as far as where it is in the listings becasue old stock goes to the bottom) 

I know I have not been listing much rescently due to health problems BUT I still have mailed packages almost every day until the last couple weeks and now my sales are down to nearly nothing. The 14day wait for sales is the problem because the buyers like a sale.  Also if a buyer was watching an item that was on sale and now not on sale they won't buy it.  

I was shocked when I started listing again with the new 14 day wait policy for sales. Also your statement that said you made changes did not really change anything because of the new numbers given to GTC items.  

PLEASE DO A GOOD TILL CANCELED SALE as a choice just like you have with the item. Relist the GTC item, charge me, DO NOT give it a NEW NUMBER and keep the GTC SALE on the item. 

Please concider this becasue all the sellers I have talked to say their sales have also been down.
