I have a 14 day return policy, however my listings show no refunds.

I have tried editing my refund policy, it says that is what my current refund policy says.

How do I fix this?

Is there a contact phone for help?

I have a 14 day return policy, however my listings show no refunds.

@kpatt206  I looked at several of your listings and they do show 14 day returns. 

 

If you are using Business Policies then you can update the return policies on this page> 

https://www.ebay.com/bp/manage  ( If you were opted IN to Business Policies and do not wish to use it then select OPT OUT on the upper right) 

 

OR if you are NOT using Business Policies then you can revise active listings using bulk edit.  

 

How to use bulk edit:

1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> return> edit and submit
