I have 2 accounts

I purchased and item that was defective and I'm trying to return the item to the seller. The seller stated that the purchase was made under an account that I was unaware off.  When I go to ebay the purchased item does not show up under my account.  It looks like I have 2 ebay accounts and can not access both of them. What should I do?

Are you sure you were signed into your account or did the purchase go through as a guest?

I'm sure I was signed into my account when checking my purchase history.  I may have purchased the item as a guest and that's why it's not showing up on my regular account. The seller was able to identify two user accounts. His purchase order is on one account and my normal account that doesn't show the purchase. Both accounts have my partial name in them.

If as a guest, you should have received an email with the subject "Guest Order" that has details about tracking and returns. If you cannot find this email, there is a way to resend here:
