The buyer bought authentic shoes from me, told his financial institution they were not authentic and the dispute was decided in his favor because:
The first eBay agent instructed me to upload on dispute link all the messages with the buyer, all the pictures of shoes including the picture while I was packing the shoes for shipping them. I uploaded only messages, because there was only one window to upload evidence. I asked eBay to send me two more links.
The second eBay agent said that it was impossible to sent two more links and that I was supposed to make a collage and promised to help me to make an appeal if they decide the dispute not in my favor, so I could get my money back because of wrong instructions. My conversations with the agents were recorded.
Today I found out that the dispute was decided in the favor of buyer, eBay sent $175.00 to the buyer without asking him to return the shoes to me and charged me $20.00 for dispute fee. That's how I lost $195.00 and the crafty buyer got shoes for free without my consent.
My Managing Team didn't help me: they have the service on eBay to prove the authenticity of the product, but they didn't send the shoes to the specialists for the proof.
I understand completely that everything that happened was unfair to me.
Could anybody help me? Please!
