I forgot to ship the bike seat.

Hi all, today I shipped a bike to a customer.  Today was the "ship by" date.  

I forgot to include the seat with the bike.  

I messaged the customer and will ship the seat tomorrow asap.

Will I have to refund the entire order?  Thanks.

No, just ship tomorrow and be sure to upload the tracking # to the original transaction so both tracking numbers are posted to it.
