A buyer "purchased" the PS4 I listed. However, for the first time ever since I started using this website, I did not recieve immediate payment. There is a payment on my Paypal that's been pending for a day now. Furthermore the buyer has no feedback. I don't usually sell something this pricey (over $200) and so when I do I expect the buyer to at least pay instantly. Since I'm not used to dealing with such a situation I panicked and decided to cancel the order. Now after doing some research I learned that I was supposed to open up an unpaid item case which I didn't have the patience to do initially, and that since I requested a cancellation I'm going to be charged with seller fees despite not recieving payment. I didn't ship the item and I don't want to pay seller fees. I still haven't recieved payment either and no contact from the buyer. Can I still open up an unpaid item case and avoid having to pay seller fees? It says I'll be allowed to open up the unpaid item case tomorrow.
