I cannot login snipe soft gixen‏

Hello, I am a user from Japan. I have a question to any of you guys who use the sniping soft "gixen".

Today I noticed I had become can not snipe, I don't know why so I logged out once, then now I cannot even log in.I am trying to enter  same ID & Password as ebay. I haven't changed ebay password lately. I have attached error page detail and my browser is google chrome.  Gixen page mentions if  you have any problem about login, you have to ask ebay directly,Off course I am going to ask ebay directly, but it is kind of hard for my speaking and listening skills so if you guys have any idea to solve problem, please let me know! It's a quite big trouble for me, totally upset now.  I am waiting for your reply.
