I can't create a new listing

I get an error page every time I try to create a new listing. I've been a member with ebay for a long time so I'm not sure why it is doing this. Does anyone have any insight or also experiencing the same thing?

The quick listing tool that eBay has new and returning sellers use has been having a lot of technical issues.

The Business Tool is most likely the listing tool that you used to use when you were selling in the past.  

Select switch to the Business Tool on the upper right-hand side of the draft. Ignore the warning, anyone can use this tool. This tool is free to use and it doesn't mean you have a Business Account, it's just what eBay calls the listing tool because they have more than one.

You can also access the business tool by signing up for Seller Hub> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw Select listing> create listing>
OR open your existing draft after you sign up for Seller Hub> https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/drafts
