I can't change the quantity of the items I am selling

I am selling bar soaps, and each batch has about 6-10 bars of soap.  I tried following Ebay's tips on editing the listing by changing the selling preferences, but when I go back to revise my listing, it doesn't give me the option to add a quantity of available products.

The Quantity option is only available on Fixed Price listings and all of your listings are Auction style.  After your listings end, you can Relist or Sell-similar and change the selling method to Fixed Price before posting the listing.
