I can no longer sync with Shopify

I am eBay seller and I have a Shopify store that I have linked to eBay through the Shopify eBay app.  I have used this app for about 6 months now and about 2 or 3 weeks ago I started having problems.

First, the way it was working was that I created a list of my products I had in my Shopify store in the eBay app and I published them to eBay.

eBay listed the products just like any other listing I had in eBay and I would have to go into the eBay listing in the Shopify app to make any revisions then revise and publish the product from Shopify with back to eBay (updating the listing), my Shopify products linked to eBay cannot be revised in eBay, eBay will display this message;

"Inventory-based listing management is not currently supported by this tool. Please refer to the tool used to create the listing"

and I will have to cancel the revision and go to my Shopify store to revise the item and then re-publish it to eBay.

Since I first installed this app and started using it I was getting a notification in my Shopify store, from eBay, that I had a sale in eBay and all the buyer details were in the Shopify Order form. I would fulfill all my orders in Shopify and the eBay orders were updated without any intervention by me, this was a very streamlined process and worked very efficiently and accurately for me.

I have had my Shopify support team trouble shoot the issues I am having with this eBay API and they have reported that the app and all the settings in Shopify are working as required and there are no issues with them.

The problem I am having with this eBay API is;

I no longer get notifications sent to my Shopify store when I sell an item in eBay.

My eBay listings will not allow me to revise the inventory level or any other part of the listing in eBay.  When I make a products revision in Shopify and I push to revise and publish to eBay the app appears to run as usual and reports a successful sync with eBay and that the item(s) has been revised but when I go back to eBay there has been no changes or revision, made. 

This is a big problem with my listings when my suppliers report out of stock items and eBay will not allow me to change the inventory level or sync the inventory levels with Shopify and I have been force to end the listing in eBay and when new product arrives I have to recreate the listing in eBay in order to manage it.

It is also a big problem when my supplier updates their prices, I have to end the listing and create a new listing just to change the price.

I can manage my eBay listings that I have created in eBay, I do not have any problem with it, but I cannot manage any of the attributes of any of my eBay listing that I previously created and imported from Shopify.

If I will not be able to use this Shopify app, the eBay API, then I have a lot of items listed in my eBay store that I will have to end the listing and create a new one, many hours of work there so I hope someone can help me fix this, please.
