SO, I HAVE TO REFUND SOME MONEY!  I SENT EBAY $950 to cover what we 0wed them and now I just wan them to refund my money to the people who filed claims but they won't do it.....i want to pay the people back, the money is there but they won't do it! EBAY......REFUND THEIR MONEY AND SEND WHAT IS LEFT TO ME>>>>YOUR SITE HAS SO MANY SECURITY ISSUES IT IS RUINED FOR THE SELLER!!!!!   WHY CAN'T YOU EVER JUST HELP ME>
