I NEED A REFUND FOR PURCHASE I MADE order#26-07672-82477

Hi, this is Patrick and I have been purchasing on eBay over 3 years and never had bad experience and I appreciate for the help you made. Now I have a problem with the order I made on Friday order#26-07672-82477 : ITEM# 263922435881. I cancelled the purchase immediately as soon as I made the order like in minutes because the shipping address was wrong but the ebay seller still shipped the and cancelled my request.  Please help me to get my refund.

Sellers do not have to cancel orders. I am sorry that your seller did not cooperate.

Since you are responsible for providing the correct address, the seller does not owe you a refund. 

Can you describe how the address is wrong? (not why)

Such as - did you use an old address?  Is it possible to contact the people at that address to see if they can hold it for it, or arrange reshipping?
