I mistakenly sent a first class label to a buyer for return shipping. I need to void the first class label & resend a correct priority label & I can not reach eBay for any assistance.

If you had eBay provide the label, you are not charged until it is used. So you do not need to void it.
To send a priority label, you will need to create one outside of eBay, then send it to the buyer. Make sure the buyer needs to know that they have to enter the tracking # into the return. You can not have eBay create a priority label for your buyer - the return service is rated first class, but is good up to 70 lb.
You can create a label through paypal, print it to a jpeg file then send it to the buyer in an eBay message.

Did the buyer file a Returns Request? If you accepted, and the buyer printed the return label supplied by ebay, the label will state First Class Package Rtn Svc. That label is good for up to 70 pounds.
