How to unsubscribe a customer from your mailing list

Hi! I had a customer reach out and tell me they inadvertently signed up for my daily emails and asked if they could be removed from my list for daily sales and offers. (They saved me as one of their favorite sellers.)  Does anyone know how to do this? I didn't even know I had a mailing list or that eBay did this. Thanks!

I don't have an eBay store, so I am not sure exactly how this works. Somewhere within Manage Your Store is the place to see who is following you and getting your newsletters.

The buyer needs to their saved sellers page and click on the 3 dots and click UNSUBSCRIBE.
