How to unaccept a return

Hello,

I need help in how to resolve a matter I am having with a buyer.  I attempted to resolve the issue with the buyer and somehow accepted a return when that is not the case.  The information is below.  How do I go about to change it from not accepting the return as all I wanted to do is send the buyer a message and not accept the return.
