How to turn off 2-step authentication?? There is no deactivate button??

Hello

I just turned on 2-step authentication to set a payment setting.  Ebay settings said I had to.   Now I can't log into to my various accounts without having to do the 2-step all the time.  What a pain in the butt.  How do I turn it off??   From what I understand there should be a "deactivate" button next to the active in the 2-step when you click on "edit" for the 2-step.  I have no "deactivate" button.

If you were invited by eBay to enroll in Spendable Funds, that is why. Once you enroll in Spendable Funds, you cannot opt out and you must maintain the 2-step verification to log in.

Once you enroll in Spendable Funds, the only way to opt out is to close your eBay account.

I just talked with an Ebay rep and they also said that you can not opt-out of Spendable Funds.  I did file a complaint about this.  If anyone else feels they should be able to opt-out, I suggest you file a complaint.  If enough of us do this, they might make it optional.  Thank you for reading this post.
