How to set location default to UK only?

Im fed up of having to set the location of every search I do to "uk only"...how do I make this default? I feel more confident buying from UK and the postage isnt extortionate.... when looking for anything it always comes up with shipping from the US for £20+ ! 

I don't want to have to reset it every time

If you use a desktop browser you may be able to install a third party browser add-on that allows you to override eBay's default item location setting. Take a look at an add-on called "eBay item location -- my country only" and see if it works with your setup.

If you use the eBay app, you can enable lockable filters and then select a UK-only item location and lock that filter setting so that all searches default to that search.
