Hello, My sold item needs to be sent to authenticator but when I go to print the label it has the buyers address. When I search ebay Q&A it says I have to ship to authenticator address but I cant find one. How does this process work? Thank you!

If the item qualifies for eBay Authentication, the label will be addressed to the authenticator. Otherwise, it will be addressed to the buyer. If the buyer is not located in the US, then the guarantee does not apply.
