How to send back micro deposit to my eBay account??? I’ve tried everything please help

Can someone please explain to me step-by-step how to get my micro deposit back to my email account so I can confirm my account. I watched videos everything I could possibly think of and just can’t figure it out. Meanwhile, I have money sitting and I can’t even use it.

I don't understand the question.  ebay sends 2 micro deposits to your checking account to confirm the account.  ebay will then send a message/banner asking you to enter those 2 micro deposit amounts.
