How to sell multiple units on same listing?

If I have four units of an item that I want to sell on one listing, individually, can I do that?  

For example, if I have four pairs of identical shoes, same size, style, brand, color, same everything, can I sell them one at a time on the same listing?  

I put 4 units in the details section, but when I sold one pair, the listing disappeared.  I'm wondering how to get it back to keep selling the other three pairs?

Yes, but you need to list them as fixed price format (not as an auction). You'll find a spot in the listing form to indicate the quantity available.
