How to resend invoice after buyer had paid for the item?

I shipped the item to my buyer, and the usps made unsuccessful attempts to deliver the package and then it was returned to me.

Now my buyer wants to resend the package to them, and they are ok paying for the additional postage.

But how do i resend the additional postage bill to them after they already paid?
