How to remove feedback left for a buyer in error.

I mistakenly left a negative comment for the incorrect buyer. Needless to say, they're upset and want it removed. I don't see a way to remove it. Help??

You can't remove it.  The buyer can contact customer service and have it removed, and you will get a policy violation.  It is against policy to leave a negative comment for any buyer.

Cancel unpaid purchases after 4 days as 'buyer didn't pay' to put an unpaid cancellation on their account - it means a lot more than a negative comment.

Have the buyer use this link.

They can then choose "other" and fill in the details.

Ore better yet, maybe you can call ebay and tell them you violated the policy so the buyer does not have to jump through any more hoops.

Since you have a few feedbacks that need removed, contact CS and tell them you violated the feedback policy and need a few feedbacks removed.

The buyers will still get the positive, but your comments will be removed.
