How to remove bank account information?

I have sold over 1k items since 2008, with 100% feedback. I just sold a phone, and I see they have my funds on hold. Doesn't say for how long, just that it can be up to 21 days. Since I haven't sold much for the past several years, and because it's a phone, I am going to go all out and assume that they will use that excuse to hold my money for the entire 21 days, so their shareholders can flip millions and millions of our collective crumbs  around on the stock market. I don't think so.

Needless to say, I am actually going to cancel this sale and sell the phone elsewhere. Before I delete my eBay account, can you tell me the name of the 3rd party eBay hooked up with to access my bank account, and how do I remove my banking information from their database permanently?
