How to remove automatic payment from PayPal

I do not want the eBay purchases to automatically bill my PayPal as I want to require logging in to complete a payment so no one can order items without my consent on my account.  How do I change the setting to require loggin into PayPal to make a payment?

I don't know how to opt out when using the mobile app.

But here's how to opt out of streamlined checkout if you are using a browser.

From your Paypal account:

• Log in to your Paypal account
• Click on the little gear (Profile) icon at the top right of the page
• In the thick blue banner you’ll see Account  Security  Payments  Notifications
• Select Payments
• Under:  Manage Upcoming Payments
• Click login with PayPal
• Select eBay & click [Remove]

• My eBay page  
• Account tab 
• Personal Information / Financial Information
• under CHECKOUT, remove your Paypal info.

Then after you make a payment, don't accidentally opt yourself back in.

Don't select Remember me.
