How to mark virtual item as delivered?

I sold a virtual item. The buyer has the item now, but since there is not tracking number it says "shipped" -- I need to change that to delivered. How can I do that?

You can't.

Unless you own the legal rights to sell the digital items, you can't sell them.

Without tracking, the funds will be held for 21 days, if the buyer doesn't file an INR before then and get their money back.

As an eBay member, you cannot change the status of a transaction from "shipped" to "delivered".

Have you read the Terms of Service for that online game? I did a quick review in their Frequently Asked Questions and it looks like you can not sell your items to other players. In most online game sites, if items or accounts are transferred, the moderators of the game will remove the items/accounts.
