How to make bundles?

There needs to be an easier way!  I've been working with a buyer for 3 days who is trying to purchase multiple items.

She made and/or accepted offers on 3 items and missed the offer on the 4th item before the expiration.  She still wants the 4th item.

1 - I'm unable to send another offer to her.

2- I'm unable revised and add "make offer" to the listing - it's good til cancelled and blocked out.

3 - if she tries to click buy it now, it requires immediate payment (this is not marked on my listings.  So I'm unable to add this to her revised invoice.

What are my options?  Does anyone know?
