Im looking to optimize my time listing items. They're generally vintage will collectibles single items that I list but I have about a thousand items that I need to get posted as quickly as possible

You have only a few feedback in the last 12 months. eBay is going to treat you like a new seller, so you're not going to be able to post even a 100 listings p.er month, much less a thousand.

@Anonymous As @quiltgeek mentioned you probably have listing limits since you are a new seller. There are $ limits and quantity limits as well as category specific limits for some items.
If you have a variety of items there really is not a fast way to list. My method is to search for similar items and use sell one like this for other sellers listings. This will fill in the title and item specifics, you may need to adjust both a little.
Then you add your own photos. I like to do 10 drafts. Take multiple photos for the 10 listings, then list.
