How to list Thrive Le-Vel products correctly?

I've tried listing my spare Thrive Le-Vel products several times, different ways. I've looked at how others post theirs, and tried duplicating. Yet my items keep getting pulled. I emailed Theive's compliance department and they asked for proof of purchase - I sent them my customer number and order number. Never heard back. I resisted, item was pulled. I emailed compliance yet again - no response. I emailed again - no response. I tried again listing and changing the item category as a vitamin/supplement vs a weightloss item. It got pulled. I don't know what else to do to sell these! They are real!
