How to list Pokemon cards with variations

Cannot for the life of me figure out how to create a pokemon listing with variations The category I have is:

Toys & Hobbies > Collectible Card Games > Pokemon Trading Card Games > Pokemon Individual Cards

I see plenty of listings with this exact category and have variations drop down menus.

Here is an example listing below. I even tried sell similar I don't get the variations option. If I choose different categories it will come up, but not with this category specifically, even though others are doing it.

Click on "Save and exit" at the bottom of your draft listing. In the upper-right corner of the next screen there's a link for the Advanced version of the listing form. After you click on that, you can re-open your draft and it will have the regular options including the variations format option when you set up a fixed price listing in a category that offers it.
