How to leave feedback on items when the system hasn't acknowledged delivery.

Some items I purchased were delivered but the system still shows them un-delivered and there is no feedback option shown. I tried to go to the "Ready for Feedback" section but, the items were not shown on that screen. Does anyone know how to leave feedback on items like these? Thanks for your help!

Thank you for your response! I had checked the "Leave Feedback" page previously and again from the location you provided and found that, the four items were not included. The "Leave Feedback" page leaves a lot to be desired. It usually includes duplicate listings or is missing a lot of listings. I receive a lot of combined shipments of movies, and some are listed, and some are not. I use it as far as I can but usually have to find some of the items on the "Purchase History" pages to leave feedback. The seller in the case I am having trouble with used a shipping service called "Pro-Ship". I was able to track the shipment of each of the four movies from the e-mail sent by the seller. The E-Bay site tracking still shows that a tracking label was created but goes no further. Their system does not track mail using the shipping company used by the seller. There is no option to leave feedback on the "Purchase History" page because the "Track Shipment" option is still shown. There is no option in the "Other Action" drop-down menu to leave the reviews. Since the system did not know the items were delivered, I did not get any e-mails, which usually include a method to leave feedback. I certainly want to do the right thing for the seller but do not know how to leave the reviews. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again!!!

Tracking is not necessary to leave feedback, so the presence or absence of tracking showing delivery should not matter at all.

 

I do know that some users have recently had problems leaving feedback for items purchased via offer, but I had thought that eBay had corrected that particular problem.

 

It might be worth trying to leave feedback via other means: using a different link, using a different browser, a different browser mode (mobile, classic or desktop), using the eBay app, or by signing in to ebay.ca and seeing if you can leave feedback there using various links.

 

You should have sixty days from the transaction to leave feedback, so if there is an issue, as long as it is corrected before that time is up you should be able to leave feedback at some point.

Thanks for the information. I do not use a phone to go online and am not too computer smart but will try. The items may eventually show up on the feedback page or E-bay may respond to my inquiry I sent by e-mail. Thanks for taking the time to respond!!!
