How to keep this account separate from Google

I do NOT want to use Google to open eBay.  I keep my accounts separate for privacy purposes.  It made me link these accounts to open up my eBay account today, this is upsetting and I want to separate them again.  How can I do this?

To sign in to your eBay account without using Google, enter your eBay username and password on the eBay sign in page. Do not use the Google button there.

If your eBay account is linked to a social media account (Google, Apple or Facebook), you should be able to unlink those here under "social sign in":
