Assuming the seller accepts refunds or the item was not as described, when you submit a return request within the allowed timeframe, the seller has 3 business days to provide a return label or a refund. You'll receive an email from eBay confirmation and link for the label. If the seller doesn't respond to the case, go back to it on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
