How to get rid of Product Rating on listing

Hello, 

I've recently ran into the issue where I'll list a brand new item but ebay attaches a product rating to the item. In a specific case, the item has a 2/5 product review from another seller, where the buyer mentioned there was a tear in the product. How do I remove that product rating from my listing? (I don't want buyers to see this product review from another seller and think it's related to me.) Is there a setting to disable product ratings on listings? Thanks.
