How do I: 

1- get the $10 off coupon code?

2- use the $10 off coupon code?

When does the coupon expire?

Do I have to purchase using the eBay app in order to redeem the $10 coupon?

Yes. You have to download the ebay app and use it to purchase an item in order to redeem the $10 coupon.  I get that offer all the time, but I will never download the app.  I only use my mobile phone to make phone calls.  The text is way too small for me to read anything, and type on it?....fergetaboutit!
