I don't understand how to get actual help from eBay. I've been having an ongoing issue with my account for several days now and I can't get any of the customer service agents to actually help me. Now, today, when I try to get a call back, the agents act like they're not able to hear me. I've tested my phone by having other people call me, and my phone is working just fine. How can it be this difficult to get an issue resolved? This is INSANE

Go thru social media instead - then you will have it in writing at least.
They have a very good social media team to resolve issues, although if it's account related, they may have to speak with you in person at some point to verify who you are.
Only use Private DM or PM messaging - do not post publicly.
Give them your User ID, real name, email attached to your account, details of issue, dates of contact w eBay, etc.

I definitely WANT to speak to someone in person. For some reason today, when I have them do a call back to me, the agents aren't able to hear me? I don't get it because I've had other people call me today to test my phone and it's working fine
